Apply for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC):
For the abovementioned services, the applicant has to visit https://mportal.passportindia.gov.in/mission/ and follow the below steps:
a) Click on login or Register to apply for services and fill out the form and then click on Register.
b) You will receive an email for account activation. Click on the activation link, and activate the account.
c) Click on "User Login" and enter the Login Id and Password created during the registration process.
d) Click on the link of the required service.
e) Fill in the form and submit it online.
f) After submitting the form, please email at cons.tirana@mea.gov.in to schedule an appointment
g) On the appointment day, please bring printout of online submitted application form duly signed and affixed with recent colour photographs (with ICAO criteria) along with required documents and the applicable fee has to be submitted at the Embassy on the appointed time

Print-out of online submitted application
Copy of Passport (and Original also for verification)
Copy of Valid Proof of Residence (and Original also for verification)
Fee of 2470 ALL (2280 ALL -service fee + 190 ALL -ICWF)
